Barbecued Chicken Breast
  • Morning of cookout:
    Place chicken in casserole dish.
    Tenderize multiple times with “spike tenderizer” or fork.
    Pour Big Woody Barbecue Sauce over all pieces.
    Cover dish with plastic and place in refrigerator for at least 6 hours ( longer is even better ).
  • Cooking:
    Cook on grill or under broiler as usual, turning at least twice while cooking.
    Re-baste while cooking or when finished and you’re ready to eat!

Barbecued Fried Chicken

  • Combine 1/2 cup of flour and 1 teaspoon salt, and 1 teaspoon of Big Woody Rub into a paper or plastic bag ( this should be enough for one 2-3 lb. frying chicken ). Place a few pieces of chicken at a time in the bag and shake until coated, or bread the chicken as normal.
  • Heat 1 cup of cooking oil to 365 degrees in electric skillet. Fry chicken until tender, turning frequently.
  • Pour Big Woody Sauce over all the chicken. Cover and simmer for 30 minutes or until tender. Turn chicken frequently.
  • Enjoy!!!!!!!!

Sesame Green Beans

  • Cook 1 lb. frozen green beans per label directions. EXCEPT prior to cooking, add 3tbls. Big Woody Barbecue Sauce, and 1 tblsp. Sesame seeds, and 2 strips of bacon. Stir before serving.

Little Smokies

  • Combine 1, 14 oz. package of pre cooked “Little Smokies” sausage links, and 10 oz. of Big Woody Barbecue Sauce in a crock pot or stove top pot. Let simmer for at least 1/2 hr. and serve.

Bryan's "Pig-Out Feast"

  • Line Roasting pot with aluminum foil.
  • Place in pot any size boneless pork tenderloin roast and completely coat with Big Woody Barbeque Sauce.
  • Fold foil over top to seal in roast.
  • Bake at 325˚ for a minimum of 1 hour per pound of meat.  (Baking longer is fine.)
  • When finished, remove meat with spatulas and place on a broiler pan. Crumble meat apart using a fork.  (Meat should be tender enough not to need a knife.)
  • Pour more Big Woody over entire meat surface and broil in oven for a few minutes until tops are very brown.  (Burnt is even better.)
  • Place onto platter and serve with your favorite veggies and side dishes.
  • Now you're ready to EAT AND ENJOY!!!!
